A PORTABLE PROBLEM
There was one type of equipment that they kept running into – cooking equipment.
Lightweight pots heated up unevenly.
Portable pans rusted and bent.
Utensils were flimsy and took up too much valuable space.
Camping stoves were too heavy and clumsy to travel long distances.
They were fed up with carrying around items they didn’t need and simply wanted something simple. Exhausted from complex set-ups; fatigued by temperature fluctuations in their pots, which caused their food to overcook outside and undercook inside; frustrated by lack of precision in their cookware’s temperature control.
They tried everything. They were unable to discover the nirvana of cooking sets, which included the ideal combination of cooking apparel and utensils that fit together neatly and performed properly.
A THOUGHT-OUT SOLUTION
Because of this, in 2012, frustrated with their options, they decided to create the answer for themselves.
They knew precisely what they wanted to create: a set of portable cooking equipment that were:
- Convenient to carry
- Packed up nice and tight.
- Rugged enough to survive plenty of camping trips
- Cohesively co-ordinated to include items campers actually needed.
They wanted to create useful packages that offered all the features of a camping kitchen without taking up unnecessary room or adding extra weight.
The Wealers Way
They have established a revered presence on camping excursions throughout the United States by prioritizing:
- Quality and Function – so you get equipment that lasts
- Rigorous Testing – ensuring all cookware and utensils meet the superior Wealer Standard of Quality.
- Clever Design – Lightweight, compact sets that provide everything an adventurer could possibly need.
When you go into the wild, you’ll be happy you brought along a pair of our easy-to-use camping cooking equipment and accessories.

What a great addition to our camping gear!! This helps us organize our kitchen utensils and is easy to pack and carry. The husband is a chef so he always wants to bring his own knives and utensils, so we swapped some of the ones that came in it out for his. But the carrying case and other utensils are awesome. Great camping addition

I recently bought the Wealer Camp Kitchen Cooking Utensil Set from Amazon & absolutely love it. I am going on a ladies’ camping retreat in a couple weeks & discovered most of my camping supplies did not make the move when I downsized. I was so excited when I saw this cooking set & how neatly it was packed into a backpack-sized carrying case…& it is as good as it looked online! The utensils are sturdy & everything that I need is in there. When I showed my partner, he was very impressed, especially since we plan on doing a fair amount of travelling in the near future.Thank you for your innovative products!

I have not had a chance to use these yet, so I can not address that. However, based on my initial inspection, I ‘m pleased. From cutting board to clean up cloth there is everything I might need. The bag holds everything in a well organized fashion and each item is readily accessible. The bag is compact and fits nicely in the cubby hole in my MDX. The utensils are lightweight and that makes them good for camping. I’ll report on useability and durability after my cross country trip.

Pros: Cute backpack made from good material that is easy to wipe cleanHas a lot of things necessary when going on a picnic/trip/camping (except a proper can opener which is odd to me)Cons: Some of the items are very cheap. The knife which was only used for a week and cleaned promptly and properly every time has already rusted, so that was disposed of. The corkscrew broke halfway through opening the first bottle of wine.Use the backpack and some of the items. Swap out other items for nicer versions.

This is probably the best Car Camping kitchen kit I have ever had. Nobody wants to bring their good kitchen stuff with them and I was fully expecting very cheep quality tools inside this bag. No. The scissors alone are some of the tightest and best I have had and even prefer them over kitchenaid and OXO brand scissors I have at home. The knives are extremely sharp and can cut tomatoes without smashing them and tough things like raw potatoes with ease. There is plenty of room to add more. I added a microfiber towel that folds up small to the kit as well as a lodge chainmail sponge and a large bottle of campsuds. Still have room for more if I ever need it.The only thing I found useless was the glove. I have medium sized hands and this thing has to be an extra small. The washcloth is great but I do wish it had a scrubby side like mesh or something. Will end up getting one and replacing but that’s kinda the point of camping kits. Nothing super fancy just a nice complete kit that keeps everything together and can replace pieces or add as needed. If you don’t have any or very little kitchen equipment reserved for camping only, this is the kit for you. You wont regret it.

If you don’t have this as a camping essential, you should! This has been so convenient to have for weekend trips to the mountains and it is easy to clean and carry. Before we were always running through checklists and still forgetting supplies and this organizer has made a world of difference. The utensils are high quality and extremely durable. We even bought the Wealers camping silverware kit because we trust this brand to deliver excellent products for a good price.

This is a great set – it has everything you could need on a camping trip. Handy to have it all in one bag. The velcro straps that keeps everything in place are a bit cumbersome but manageable. Totally worth the money.

KrisSquared –
Bought this for a camping trip and was super impressed with the utensils inside, particularly the knife which is better than my kitchen knives. It holds so much – most of what we need for camping meals – and is easy to repack and store. The one thing that took us some getting use to was the can opener – it is a top cutter, like the old electrical kind. Once we figured it out, no more issues. Love it!

This is a very convenient and practical carrying case with almost all of the kitchen utensils that you need for camping: a cutting board, 2 knives w/covers, a spatula, ladle, spoon, cheese grater, kitchen shears, condiment shakers, tongs, meat fork, everything has a place and stays organized. There was enough room for me to add an additional small cutting board, rice paddle, my To-Go-Ware bamboo utensil sets, dishcloth. It really makes taking off on a quick camping trip easy.

I am excited about the quality of the utensils in this kit! I haven’t used anything yet – just unpacked and cleaned, readying for camping trip this weekend. All of the pieces are sturdy – knife is decent. Love the safety covers for knife, utility scissors, and cheese grater. Only thing I feel this is missing is a can opener (but there’s plenty of room for me to add my own).

The quality of the utensils and bag is much better than I expected them to be. The knives are very sharp and it has pretty much everything you could expect to need while cooking at camp, except skewers. I bought some separately and they fit nicely inside the bag. Nice scissors. Not to heavy, handy carrying strap. Highly recommend for camping, I would have spent much more purchasing all the utensils and a carrying case separately.

This has most of the tools/utensils you’d need camping, we’ve added a few things like a can opener, smaller knife and eating utensils. Having all of this in one compact case is pretty great. I spilt vegetable oil all over it the 2nd time using it – soaked it in my sink with warm soapy water, rinsed and it came out good as new.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew who spends every opportunity he has outdoors.I have gotten him many, many things over the years to enhance whatever experience he has planned and this kit is by far the best value for the money I have ever spent on any of his gear.Over the years I have purchased things that cost hundreds of dollars and others that have cost $10.00 and this utensil kit is absolutely one of this best investments I have made in anything for him. After seeing the quality of the gear and the organization of the packing, I am extremely happy that I spent the extra $10.00 for the additional utensils. This is a winner for the experienced camper or just the occasional picnickers! A Christmas Hit!

Before we were always running through checklists and still forgetting supplies and this organizer has made a world of difference. The utensils are high quality and extremely durable. We even bought the Wealers camping silverware kit because we trust this brand to deliver excellent products for a good price.

Used for a week in the Black hills -better than advertised and room for some additional items like a can opener. Love this kit.

Highly recommend for camping, I would have spent much more purchasing all the utensils and a carrying case separately.

really for the price you get an amazing product.

These performed well on our camping trip however I do not recommend cooking over a campfire with these the handles simply are not long enough. Otherwise they are great and we will be using them for many camping trips to come. Good sturdy quality knives are nice and sharp. The can opener was different than I’m used to but now I want one of those for my kitchen at home. All in all a good purchase for camping beginners.

Bought this as a gift for niece who does a lot of camping and hiking. This is so handy, clever, and well made. Cannot think of item needed in this set.

This has every tool I could need and is a perfectly packed set. Best for organized campers and not the “toss I’m the bag” type.

Just received my camping utensils bag. The bag is pretty good quality, definitely looks like it will stand up to austere environments most of us like to camp in.I was pleasantly surprised with the knife. I wasn’t expecting anything that nice, at this price point. All the cooking utensils you will need for your camp kitchen.

Convenient high quality utensils. Everything you need in one pack

The cooking tools are decent quality and they have all the right implements for typical camping. Unfortunately the bag is ripping open along the seam after only a day of use. Very disappointed with the quality of the sewing.Update: their customer service sent out a new bag promptly. Very responsive. Would buy from again!

This is a great set – it has everything you could need on a camping trip. Handy to have it all in one bag. The velcro straps that keeps everything in place are a bit cumbersome but manageable. Totally worth the money.

Like the compact design. Great for tent camping. We used it last camp trip and loved it. Only complaint is the salt and pepper shakers don’t stay in their holders very well. Other than that we love this product.
