Ready-To-Use Kit
The Camco RhinoFLEX 20-foot RV Sewer Hose Kit is a tough kit that comes with a tough hose. The hose is flexible and the fittings swivel, making it easy to use. This kit includes two hoses that are made of sturdy polyolefin material. The hoses are reinforced with steel wire, and they collapse so you only need to use as much hose as you need. The fittings on the hoses have bayonet prongs for a more secure fit.
This is a transparent elbow with an easily detachable 4-in-1 adapter. This will help you connect to sewer connections that are 3 inches, 3.5 inches, or 4 inches. There’s also a storage cap for each end of the hose, which may be useful if you need to store your equipment for an extended period of time. For storage, the hose and connections compress, and after the 4-in-1 adaptor is removed, the hose can be stored in standard 4″x4″ square bumpers.
How It Works
The RhinoFLEX 20-Foot Sewer Hose Kit comes with (2) 10-foot hose assemblies that fit securely onto your sewer outlet. Secure the two hoses together by putting the lug end of one hose over the bayonet end of the other. If you only need 10 feet of sewer hose, you can use just one of the hose assemblies.
The collapsible hose assembly can be extended up to 20-feet from your RV to the dump station. The steel wire will help keep the hoses in place.
The 4-in-1 adapter fits any sewer connection and secures to your hose with weights. You can see when your tank is empty with the transparent elbow.
After you empty your tanks and rinse out your hose, collapse the two hoses, put the end caps on to stop any liquid from leaking, and store them in your 4-inch square or larger bumper.

If you own an RV this is the only hose to buy. Very strong material, excellent locking system. It will take heat, cold and never seems to wear out. The tight fitting connectors will prevent leaks. Five years I have used this product. Buying a new one this month for our new RV. Start out right by buying the best hose made!

I like these hoses. They are the way to go. Quick disconnect and secure while locked together. I would recommend getting the clear 45 degree jet to spray water back into the tank during cleanout, another nice product.

But it does fit, just barely. I can store two 10′ sections in my RV’s bumper. I’m hesitant to store anything to do with draining the black water tank in my storage compartments so this was a must fit. I like the end cap accessory because I’ve had wasps build nests inside the tubing before, even though the bumper has swivel end plates there is enough of a gap for wasps.

I have not tried it out, and I don’t usually review without testing out product. However, it will be a while, and seller deserves feedback. Looks like a good quality solid sewer hose. I like the fact that its light not heavy, and that you can pull or push the accordion folds to expand or contract at will. Fittings look high quality. This is probably not top of the line, but neither is the price. The sky is the limit on how high you can go on quality, but frankly, this is more than adequate for now.I plan to eliminate the pesky business of doing your business altogether, by switching to a $950 composting toilet at some point next year. If you watch Gone with the Wynns on Utube, they recommend a composting toilet unit, which does not smell, never needs to be flushed out, and is much more sanitary and earth friendly. In fact, we should install those in every home as well.This will fit inside your bumper, or in a long tray under your van. Good product!

Great quality sewer hose. All the connectors are already attached and everything is ready to install. The material is thick, and with the two pieces of hose, you should be able to hook up your motorhome or fifth wheel in almost any full-hookup campsite. I would buy again.

Worth every penny. Collapses into a very small size, doesn’t crack or develop holes. Quick connect and easy to clean after use. Higher priced than the basic sewer hose but considering what your using it for, definitely worth the extra expense to not have to clean a big mess.

This thing is the Tonka of RV sewer hoses. It’s tough and ready to take on the worst part of your camping trip. The dump. The best part of the package is the end caps that you can screw onto the hose to keep any remaining juices from spilling out all over the place. I have read others complaining about how this hose will not fit in the bumper, but it will if you unscrew the plastic end pieces. However, that is a pain in the arse. The better way to do it is to go to your local home store and buy a 4 foot piece of 5″ PVC pipe, and mount it under your RV by the dump station. That way, you can have quick access to it when you need it. The pipe stays relatively hidden if you locate it near the frame. Just make sure you put vented ends on it so that the hose can dry as you drive.

This sewer hoses are some of the most durable ones as long as you don’t step on them accidently. They clean easy and the seal is tight. Sometimes the joint where the hose meets the fitting tends to leak at times bit very minimal. Definetely a higher quality product than most out there.

I purchased this and liked the weight and design…but it didn’t fit tight around my sewer connector – I lost a lot of gray water and it was pretty gross holding the house to try and get a decent connection. After I got home I read a bunch of reviews and discovered they didn’t include all the gaskets!!!I contacted Camco and they sent me 2 very quickly which is why I still gave them 4 stars. It now fits perfectly.

MUCH sturdier than other hoses. I bought these after having a lower quality camco set. I’ve been very happy so far. There is a jelly like substance around the moving parts and joints that seem to be part of leak prevention so make sure you have gloves when handling new units. It functioned very well. Had no leaks or odors during our trip.

Bought and installed this over the weekend. I like the “bendy straw” accordion design where we can adjust and “pop” the sections to be longer or shorter and to bend as needed. The connections to septic are solid and there’s a couple different adapters that seem to work with almost any connection needed.

If you’re not too extended, these stay strong enough that you can curve it to where you want and it will still stay held up without any supports while the water is running thru it. Connectors are great, go on easy and stay on snug. If you need to change fittings, like you have an extension piece or something, just unscrew the fitting off of the hose. The end-caps are also great, nice to close them up and not have any leaking. I won’t buy any other kind now. I bought an extra to keep at home, including an extension since I’m not quite close enough to my drain.

Only used this for one season so far, but it’s a fantastic sewer hose, the end caps are especially nice, don’t have to worry about it leaking or dripping all over you or your bay. I’ll still use the cheap stinky-slinky in the bumper for a quick dump station trip, since the RhinoFLEX takes a bit longer to setup and take down, but you can bet the RhinoFLEX comes out EVERY time we have full hookups.

Arrived in good order. Came with two sections of 10 feet, 90 degree see through elbow, 4 end caps and a four pack sample of septic tank deodorizer. All fits together nicely. I was worried about how it would fit into the CAMCO Sidewinder, but not an issue! They work great together! I should have thought to buy 6 inch mini bungee cords to secure the Rhino to the sidewinder. I think 4 bungees would work great.

I carry one 5′ and one 10′ extension for my 15′ Rhinoflex hose. As fulltime RVers for over 11 years, we have gone through a lot of sewer hoses. The current version of Rhinoflex is the best we have used. The end caps (not included with the extension hoses, only with the primary hose) seal them completely for storage, eliminating the smell that hoses always have, regardless of how well you rinse them. They really do compress to about a third their extended length for storage. The only time I have had one spring a leak is when I stepped on it when it was lying on sharp rocks. Fortunately, it was near the end of the hose, so I simply cut the hose at that location and made it a little shorter. A great product. Walmart carries them at a good price.

This hose kit made dumping a breeze on the last camping trip. My old hose was too flexible and would pretty much coil up in a pile on the ground requiring all of the waste to travel through every inch of pipe before reaching the dump tank. The rhinoflex hose is mode of stiff accordion type hose and will hold itself to length. If you need 5-6ft, just keep it collapse, if you need it longer, just pull it open some. It also doesn’t droop in the middle from the camper to the dumping station so you can get away without supporting it. The 90 degree elbow and adapter makes a hands-free connection. The main hose and elbow fit in the camper bumper perfectly but the adapter that sits in the dumping tank opening does not so have a garbage bag or other container to store it in. Very happy with the product and glad I got it.

I bought this knowing that I needed a hose but not really knowing how to use it. Having had it for about six months and having used it on about 15 occasions at different parks and RV parks I can tell you that it comes with all the attachments necessary for successful RV dumping, it’s very high quality. If you have a large RV and will be permanently attached, this hose might not be long enough. For my 26 foot trailer and everywhere that I’ve been, it is more than long enough to reach.

Read the low rated reviews and took a chance. This pipe has replaceable hose and ends, they have a ratchet locking tab. I had to tighten the ends before use, but it locked just fine and worked GREAT compared to the pipe that came with the RV. Went camping twice and cleaned out the tank after installing the Tornado. Collapsed to fit in the storage bumper lust fine. Don’t pass this one up.

Wow, great hose, the expandability of this hose is great, you can make it exactly the right length, and it’s sturdy enough to hold it’s shape. The ends are really heavy duty, and have helper tabs to make it easier to attach and detach especially if you have bad or weak hands.I like how the elbow locks into the sewer cone, I feel confident that it’s not going to pop out and make a mess everywhere. The only issue I have, is that the elbow end isn’t easy to see through, and it doesn’t fit into my camper bumper with the cap attached, it’s just a bit to big, I really wish they would have done some more research to make this a better fit for storage. For now, I just remove that ends cap during storage, maybe it can be filed down to fit..

Does exactly what its designed to do. Durable construction makes me think it will last a very long time. The white elbow to the threaded section has a 1/4 turn connection. It could and almost did become unconnected at this joint as I was getting things set up. I always make sure there is no pulling force from the hose at the connection (in the same direction you turn it to release this 1/4 connection).

This hose works great! I have not had any issues with it. I also bought the Valterra Adjustable 50″-94″ Hose Carrier https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NA0K9YR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 at the same time. These work great together. The entire hose, elbow, and adapter from this hose set fits inside the Valterra hose carrier. I am very happy with both of these items. The hose I received does not have any protruding wires some of the other reviewers complained about. I highly recommend the hose and the carrier. This is the first time I have had a hose which would completely fit inside a carrier with all of its components.

Best sewer hose I have found. Much more sturdy than most, and it collapses lengthwise easily and stays that way until you want to extend it. This feature makes it easier to drain. The only bad part is that the translucent portion of the elbow degrades in sunlight. My first one lasted 3 or 4 years and the elbow cracked. This can be replaced separately however and hopefully they have improved it since my first purchase.

Outfitting a new (used) travel trailer and wanted something a little better than the stock hose and this works great. Feels like solid construction and attached to the trailer perfectly with no leaks. Compresses back up and fits easily into the bumper storage. I had a little trouble with the 90 degree adaptor but a quick twist and I was able to squeeze jt into the bumper as well.

Easiest way to get the poopy water from your black tank to a sewer. You may be considering other options, buckets, nalgene bottles, perhaps a gutter but I recommend a sewer hose. This amazing product has the exact correct fitting to securely attach to my travel trailer and snuggly fit into the sewer opening. Once tightened, there are no leaks. Never again will I use my hat. This is one area that you absolutely do not want a product to fail. Why try to save a couple bucks? Buy the best, it’s a hit, anything less, just won’t work as well (nope, didn’t go there).

I love the camco brand so I thought hey I need this hose for my rv. Well I had it 3 weeks used it 2x the 2nd time the orange twist on to sewer dump broke off, no biggie this kit came with 2!!! Well just today 3 months after purchasing and using it 4x, I attached the orange piece to my camper SEWER pipe and ran the other end into the SEWER dump like I always have done, except this time the orange part separated and blew off from the brown hose!!!! So you know what that means black water AKA POOP went flying all over me and my new shoes!!! I am done with this company they didn’t respond to my email or call so I called Amazon and like always they took care of me! Just want to warn everyone else the silicone or glue they use to hold on to the hose sucks!!!! And ruined my new shoes!! Notice the toilet paper on them!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice thick hose. Seems very durable. My only gripe is all the fittings makes it pretty bulky. But thats what you get with a two piece hose. Make sure you follow the instructions and tighten the ends down when you first get it!

I used this to clean out our black tank over the weekend while camping. All the pieces fit together well and from initial use, the quality seems sufficient for the task. All pieces were simple to attach together and the clear elbow let me know when things were coming out clean (as it can be).

This kit came with everything we needed to empty our black tank. The tubing is very sturdy & the fittings fit together very well. There was no leakage while in use, due to the great gaskets on each of the fittings. However, we had seen a video about adding a clear 45* elbow to the top of our clean out. The clear piece that you purchase separately is a wonderful addition since you can easily see that your tank is clean, through the clear fitting. Since the dump station we used was close by, we only had to use one part of the 10′ hose, allowing us to keep the other as a spare, or in the event we need to use a longer hose at a hook-up site. I had read that the Rhino is only second in quality to another brand. I was very happy with the price for this & if we ever need another in the future, we will be purchasing this brand again.

So far, so great. A couple of things to be aware of: (1) open at least one end before trying to collapse it – otherwise the trapped air will prevent it from collapsing, (2) not ALL RV campsites have a threaded waste port, so you DO need to also have a donut on hand. The translucent elbow joint is very useful (we also ordered the transparent connector for the other end) – helpful (if disgusting) to watch the flow while you handle the valve. Caps to attach (after collapsing) are satisfying.

Bought this to replace the exact unit that was 1 year old. Old hose started getting some cracks and was leaking (yuck). The old hose and end fittings would not fit into the standard hose storage you see on many 5th wheels (tube under chassis). However I was pleasantly surprised to see that the new fittings are just slightly smaller and fit perfectly in the aformentioned hose carrier without modification. No more removing them everytime we move.Some quick background on my usage. I fulltime and generally move about every month or so. I think the Phoenix sum might have caused some of the problems with the previous hose. I would assume with general usage this should last most people (not fulltimers) several years.

Sturdy, with good connections that don’t leak. Ew! The thing I like the most is that I can keep the ends on and they store right inside my 4″ bumper so it’s a little less dirty work to set it up. Just pull it out, hald turn it onto the drain, screw in the sewer connector, one more turn and done! The rigid tube extends and collapses securely without flopping all over so you can get just the length you need without having to creatively snake it all over to create a long drain path like you might with other looser tubes. Perfect!

Forget those cheap made sewer hoses that come with your camper. Spend the money for these Rhino’s and you will not be dissatisfied. These are collapsible and easily stored. swivel connections make them a breeze to hook up. Just remember to unscrew one of the storage caps prior to extending hose, otherwise the hose will not extend easily. this is due to the excellent seal provided by the caps.AAA+++

Great RV Sewer Hose Kit. I already had a 15 ft RhinoFLEX hose (came with travel trailer), but recent experience was that I needed between 25 and 30 feet from the trailer to the sewer. Bought this so I could mix/match to get any of the following lengths: 15 ft, 20 ft, 25 ft, or 35 ft. This RhinoFLEX hose kind-of “pops” when it is extended and stays extended — unlike the typical inexpensive hose that stretches out, but continuously tries to retract. Then when you are finished, it “pops” back to compress the hose — about 4 to 1 expanded vs compressed length. Also the end of the hose that goes into the sewer port (the orange tip on far right in the picture) comes off so that entire hose will store in the typical 4 in x 4 in RV bumper. You can put the sewer port tip in something like an empty plastic coffee “can,” store under RV, and re-attach when you get to your destination. Also the kit comes with end-caps which attach to the ends, preventing any residue from coming out while the hose is stored or otherwise not in use.

I finally had to replace the unit after 2.5 years of pretty tough use. I was going to just replace the hose but couldn’t find one. Had to buy the whole system again. I am not complaining, I used this and left hooked up in very harsh 110+ degree direct sunlight conditions for weeks even months on end. We live in our motor home so it got a lot of use and performed flawlessly. One thing to remember is that when the hose starts to leak plan on replacing quickly. A small leak turned to complete hose denigration in a matter of 10 days. Walmart has them for about the same price as Amazon and, even though I am Prime and get it quickly, I came home from Walmart with it. I would and DID buy again. I did try a hose only replacement from Walmart but it is for a completely different system and did not work.

These hoses are awesome!!! My husband had went to a local camping store and purchased sewer drain hoses for the RV and spent almost $200.00! We are temporarily staying in an RV in his sisters back yard. The sewer drain is approximately 40 feet from where the RV can be parked so we needed long hose. The camping store sold him several sections of basic (flimsy) hose and a couple connectors to piece them together with. It was a crappy setup, literally! It started leaking after about 5 uses! So, I came here to Amazon to see what I could find. This product is what I found and I love it!!I bought two sets in order to have it be long enough to reach and it is plenty long enough without even being fully extended. The hose is very thick and sturdy! It is not the floppy kind that is hard to deal with, this one is stiff (in a way). You can fully extend it or partially extend and it keeps the shape! You can then smoosh it all back together for ease of storage! Each kit came with plenty of caps for capping off the hose at both ends as well as the main sewer valve on the RV. The joints were already in place and only required tightening. Very lovely non-leaky joints! It also came with the hose end to properly fit into the sewer line (as shown) although we cannot use that portion here. Everything is of excellent quality and seems like it will last a very long time. There was also a sample (3 pieces) of toilet drop in that came in the box which was a nice little bonus because we all know how expensive the crapper treatments can be!Over-all I am extremely pleased and I will be recommending this to anybody I know with an RV!!!

We had a rhino and need a longer extension to reach . Make sure you have the adapter piece if you don’t you will have to go get another piece. We had one on hand , product is great.

Great quality hose. I experienced no leaks like the others have stated. The instructions clearly state to tighten everything before using and I am guess those experiencing leaks did not take the time. Also, it fits perfectly in my 4″ square bumper. Again, those saying it doesn’t problem can take the time to rotate it 10 degrees so the tabs line up with the corners of the bumper. I can fit both 10′ sections with caps on each section in the bumper with room to spare. The elbow probably wouldn’t fit in the bumper (I didn’t try) but does come apart into two pieces.

Hi All.This is a really Great Sewer Hose. But be aware, it will not fit through a standard 4 in Deck Plate. You must buy and install a 5 in Deck plate if you want to use this Sewer Hose. For me anyways, it was well worth it to convert to a 5 in Deck Plate. I am so glad that we bought the RhinoFLEX set of hoses for our camper. The mess afterwards is almost non-existent now as it will coil back on itself with a simple push together and I don’t have to fight the hose trying to get it to go back in the tote we keep them in. Using the caps for each side means that once I have it emptied and rinsed, I simply cap off one side and then raise it up to finish draining and then put on the second cap. The water, if any, is kept inside the hose until the next time it is time to dump. It is also very rigid in that you can step on it, on purpose or by mistake as mostly happens with me, and it does not crush and distort. It also makes it easier to empty the tanks as it stays in place and does not move all over when a high volume of waste water is being sent thru it.

Great waste hose. Left in place for a few months at a time through varied weather conditions, it hasn’t apparently degraded nor leaked. Withstood standing waste and holding tank treatment in the line for maybe five days when the valve had been opened (probably by some mischievous kids in the campground) and the hose knocked off its supports so it couldn’t flow to the dump hole. (I often leave on the weekends and didn’t notice until midweek on my return, when it was time to dump again. ) Great length, good connections, but the adapter for the sewage connection doesn’t fit some campground equipment well. I have a rubber friction adapter for those occasions.

My husband and I live in our camper trailer due to work and can always use another nifty item to make life easier when needed! We use a 15ft RhinoFLEX sewar hose and it’s plenty long 90% of the time, but sometimes we get into an rv park and the sewar hookup is just a little too far of a stretch for our 15ft hose and this extra 5ft comes in so handy at those times! So when we’re not using the extra 5ft, it is still small enough to carry along with us in storage. Great product!

We bought this for our motorhome and we love it. It’s so much better than the ones we had purchased in the past. Love the fact that once you stretch it out, it stays stretched out. Makes it so much easier when you’re trying to dump and the dump valve is a ways away from the motorhome. After looking at all of the choices I could find out there and reading many many reviews and watching several videos on those products, I believe this is the best bet for the dollar spent. I even checked on, and watched the video of the one that is supposed to whip to a frenzy all of the solid waste and paper and send it down the tiny hose. The overall reviews for it were not the best. Anybody living the RV life full time as we are, knows full well about sewer hose problems. After trying vitually all the brands out there, I’m well pleased with the RhinoFlex kit. The ends are fully removeable so they can be trimmed if there’s a tear. If the sani-dump opening is too small for the fittings, then you can put just the hose down the drain. These hoses are accordian style and are collapsible and tough. I haven’t had any problem with them leaking either. They are the best I’ve ever seen and this kit includes all you need.

I bought this hose even after reading several negative reviews. Some complain of pinholes but I filled with water as soon as it arrived and no leaks. I wonder if people who store hose in bumper realize that if it is rusty inside it can cut holes in the hose. As far as for the complaints about loose connections, there are very detailed instructions to check connections and how to tighten them if loose. The ability to hold at whatever length you stretch it to makes this hose a must have.

This is my first (and only) sewer hose I’ve used for our new travel trailer. The clear end definitely helps to know when the system is actually cleaned out. Not sure how you’d really know for sure without the clear plastic.I will say though, if this is your first time purchasing one of these for a new RV, this isn’t very long. I learned this the hard way, and luckily it was only a 1 day trip to test some thing, exactly like this, out. I was a good 10-15 feet short of my on-site dump station. Since it was one day, I just pulled forward and dumped on the way out. But if you have a longer trailer (we have a 36 foot bunk house), you’ll definitely need extension hoses. The shorter your trailer is, the easier you can park it close to the sewer but that may not even be the case because of trees, etc. I ended up ordering two 10 foot extensions to go along with it. If I never use them, great…..but rather have extra than not have at all.

I’ve been using a Prest-O-Fit brand sewer hose system for the past 7 years. It’s held up well, but the fittings and hoses were pretty worn and about due for replacement. When I started researching whether to stick with Prest-O-Fit or try something different this time, I began noticing the RhinoFLEX systems in use by other RV’ers. I took a closer look at the RhinoFLEX and really liked the tough construction, the locking swivel fittings, the dark hose color (won’t show dirt as much), and especially the way the hose accordions and stays put like a bendable drinking straw… something my old Prest-O-Fit hose didn’t do. This is a great hose, the fittings are very high quality and the water tight end caps are a godsend. It will fit in a 4″ bumper, you just have to align the connectors properly. I have found that its easier to get it back out of the bumper if you load it with the straight connector going in first.

The hose comes in 2 sections that lock together to expand to about 20’. I’d guess the hose sections are each 3-4’ long when compressed. The connections on all ends are firmly attached and don’t leak after about 2 months of usage. For years I have struggled with floppy hoses that bend and expand which makes securing them difficult. Once sewage loads them up they start flopping all over. This is only a few dollars more, the connections are secure (I always double check any fitting) and the hose is far more sturdy. If you cheap out the consequences can be hideous.

I use these with a Slunky telescoping ramp for longer reaches between the trailer valves and the septic downspout. The telescoping Rhino hose is semi-rigid and doesn’t sag and collect waste water like more flexible hoses do. Plenty tough for years of use in 110 degree + weather along the Az/Ca. Colorado river border area. My experiences with standard hoses stored in such heat has shown they can literally bake and become brittle and leaky after a year or so.

We’ve been using this for a few years and we’re frequent travelers (60-70 nights a year) and normally only stay at a campground for a day or 2 before moving on, so it gets set up and taken down a lot. It’s held up well so far, including being kicked/tripped over more than I’d like to admit. The universal bayonet fitting is solid and has never leaked so far. The elbow and adapter have fit every campground we’ve stayed at, including the more antiquated locations in western Canada on our way to Alaska. I won’t camp without this hose, it makes the worst job a whole lot easier, cleaner, and gives one less thing to worry about.

I haven’t used it yet but other reviews that I read had issues with leaking because the clamps were loose. Mine, too, were loose but there were instructions on the hose on how to tighten, which direction to turn the fittings, etc. It was simple to do. The product is pretty beefy. Can’t wait to use it.

I bought a used travel trailer and it had a very old hose in the rear bumper. I had seen these on RV’s in parks and so I ordered it. It is very high quality and won’t give you any surprises when you go to connect to an RV drain or dump station. The clear elbow is very helpful to let you know when the water coming out of the camper is clear. I recommend getting the folding support kit to go along with it.

After about 7 years, my drain hoses started with a small seal concern at the fitting. Was not about to take any chances due to what it’s used for. Found these on Amazon and after reading some reviews, decided to give them a try. The way it collapses is convenient and doesn’t take as much specs to store. I just loop it around and connect end to end after rinsing. Can’t comment on long term durability since I just got it, but hopefully will last. Seems to be good quality.

This product is the minimum standard for your sewer waste hoses for your RV. This is a slight step up from the basic version at minimal price bump. It’s made of thicker materials (IMO) and holds up pretty well. The cost was worth it for me if this product lasts an additional year longer to lower quality products, but I imagine it will last much longer than that. (If you’re going to buy something for your RV that is not a wearable product, I recommend buying a better quality product upfront, than spending more on replacements in the long run.) This particular set comes with everything you need including caps for all ends of the hoses, which is a must to hold in odors. That being said, I would recommend the hose flush adapter (not included, part number 39533) after each use your hose to avoid any nasty build up regardless if you flush your gray tanks through it last. The 90º translucent elbow with dump station fittings a must and is included. The other product you will need that is not with this kit is a “clear pipe” adapter (not included, part number 39847) if you don’t already have one, to ensure all your waste is removed and ensure your tanks are fully cleaned out. I would recommend this product.

Hate to say I love a sewer hose, but I have heard to many horror stories with the others. This is one area you certainly do not want to cheap out on! We have been using this for the last several months and I suspect it will last several years. Typically we have been close enough to the sewer to only need one 10′ section. I love having the flexibility of using one or both sections. I also love the accordion style hose so it doesn’t take up much storage space.

I have used this hose (and currently am still using it) for a little while now. I was displaced due to Hurricane Michael and had to purchase a used RV to live in until my house has been repaired. The hose length was just right (I found out that the RV came with a shorter hose of the same brand). It connected to the hose I had just right. The hose connected to the RV just right with no leaks, nor did it come loose. The hose also fit into the sewage clean out hole that is on my property just fine as well with no leaks or coming loose. I just made sure that I twisted the connection ends until they locked in place. The screw in adapter for the sewage clean out was just right as well. I did not read any directions, nor did I do any video searches on how to use the hose. It is really pretty much self explanatory. I will also say that the hose (so far) is pretty durable. I had a kitchen vanity fall from about 5 feet and it landed on the hose. It made a flattened spot (not completely flat) and I had to squeeze the hose to make it round again. The hose did not leak after this. The hose kept its integrity and still works just fine without any leaks. The other thing I liked was the fact that I could “collapse” the hose to make the drainage more streamline, instead of having the hose all the way stretched out and having to worry about bends and turns from excess hose. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

I only needed the Bayonet fitting…for an extra $5 I was able to buy this 10′ hose with the Bayonet fitting and the female fitting to use as spares.The Rhino sewer hose is really good. Its rigid enough to hold its shape but flexible enough to fit into all dump stations.

This is a great RV sewer host kit…and you can reach sewer dumps that are a fair distance from your RV. This particular kit is 20′ long. It has a swivel transparent elbow with 4-in-1 dump station fitting-storage caps included. I had that happen recently with the cheap hose that came with my brand new “honey wagon”. Just got the 20 foot hose (2×10 ft.) and wanted to flush the black and grey water tanks. After reading the negative reviews I wanted to be sure I didn’t end up with a huge mess so I disassembled all 4 hose to fitting connections (unscrewed the lock ring) screwed the hose as far onto the orange connector as possible and screwed the lock ring back on snuggly by hand. Filled and flushed both tanks twice. It worked exactly as hoped for and zero leaks. I’m a happy camper at this point. Quality seems good. Only time will tell. I see some reviews talking about hose being glued on and the glue failing. I don’t see any glue. The end of the hose does have a clear grease on it I’m assuming it’s to facilitate the screwing of the hose to the connector and not for sealing. It looks like so long as the hose itself doesn’t start leaking it should last awhile

Lock on to the drain lines tight.No leeks, The adapter fits the drain lines in the rv park and you can easily lock the hose back on to the adapter. Or you can use it at any dump station. All the fittings slide easily in to my 4″ square bumper for storage. So much better than the vinyl ones I had to replace every few years.

We are starting to learn, as first-time travel trailer owners, that Camco is the bomb! All of the items we’ve bought from them have been well-made, sturdy and work well. This sewer hose, as opposed to being wobbly-flexy and getting black water all over you while trying to wrangle it, is stiff enough while still flexing easily. LOVE that it compacts down into a stiff tube WITH END CAPS that will fit in the bumper.Purchased the hose adapter flush-out as well, although we haven’t used it yet. Liked the idea of being able to rinse the inside of the sewer hose at the dump station (assuming there was a clean-water source available).

The OEM hose I had been using that came with the purchase of my Winnebago motor home worked well, but was far too short for some campgrounds and required my parking uncomfortably close to some sewer reservoirs at dump stations. This sewer hose takes little more space in my sewer storage tube, yet it is expandable to an amazing length. The end connectors are heavy-duty. Because the end connectors were larger in diameter than the typical, light-duty connectors, it wouldn’t fit in my storage tube until I took my utility knife and cut down the small , plastic tabs (these tabs are put on to allow one to more easily grasp the connectors, but are unnecessary). Reducing the size of these small tabs allowed the hose and end connectors to fit into my storage tube. 🙂 Needless to say, the elbow and sewer conduit adapter do not fit in my sewer tube storage compartment. I keep them in a plastic bag in another compartment.The only problem I have is getting the sewer insert to stay on the white, semi-opaque elbow. It twists on, but it doesn’t have a tight ‘tab in slot’ fit, so it comes out easily. Because of this, I make a little extra effort to try not to move it after it is inserted into the sewer conduit.Bottom Line: I highly recommend this RV sewer hose. Heavy-duty and tough plastic from the end connectors to the skin of the hose itself.

I was a bit apprehensive to buy this due to some negative reviews; but I’m glad I did. I don’t notice any of the complaints others mentioned. The hose works great, free of defects, and even came with three black water additive packs to keep my tank clean. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my second rhino hose, and it is a huge improvement over the first one. The hose is rugged (as before), but the addition of the flex fittings makes using it much easier. It’s a shame Camco could not build the same quality into their 39847 RhinoFLEX Clear 45 Degree Sewer Hose Swivel Fitting (which leaks horribly).

This appears to be a relatively sturdy product, with connectors included. The hose that came with my trailer was so flimsy it tore the first time I used it. Fully assembled it will not fit easily in my 4″ bumper, so I opush it in, using a cord to remove it. It would fit nicely in a 4.5 inch bumper.

One section of this pipe fits in the factory hose holder. We will typically only use that section so it is perfect. The angled end has a quick release and we place that in a plastic container in our camper’s storage area. We are new to camping but Camco has some quality products we like using.

This sewer hose kit is everything you really need to empty your holding tanks. I like the caps you put on them when you stow them away, keeping the smell to a minimum. They easily compact and expand, and the elbow fitting is excellent for most dump stations. I like that there are two hoses in case you need the full 20′ between your RV and the dump hole. I have yet to need to use more than one of the hoses to connect up to the sewer, but I am certain that one day I will need both hoses connected together for a sewer connection at a full hook-up site.

I’ve been using this for a couple of months now, and I have to say I really like the system. I haven’t had any issues with leaking or coming disconnected or anything. And it adjusts so easily, i’m very pleased. I really did think about going with the cheaper product, but that’s what I had before this and I had a lot of issues. I’m very glad I decided to hey little bit more because now I think it was well worth it. Keep in mind I live in my travel trailer and constantly have it hooked up to sewage, so i’m not just using this every once in a while I use it daily.

The second time using this, went to dump my blackwater and the end where the hose is glued to the coupling that goes into the dump station came apart and left me with a mess. Not happy. Anyone that claims to have trouble with this set up is doing all wrong! It’s perfect and moves the material from the camper just as designed. I did have trouble once with the collar staying in the sewage line at a campground, but that was my own fault for not inserting the ribbing in correctly to hold it in place in the PVC pipe. Again, not a problem with the hose or the clamps, but rather the idiot that set it up!

Super easy to use. My feces flow like the devils chocolate fountain. With a clear elbow never have I had so much joy in watching my fecal matter float past me. The durability seems to be more than adequate to handle not just the heat of the Florida sun but also my low fiber diet. Once I have flushed the system of my chocolate gold , storage of the tubing is as easy as a bowel movement after a diet of refried beans. Definitely one of the best poop tubes I have used.

We have ordered a couple of these as it is less expensive to order a kit instead of just the hoses. We live full-time in our RV and it seems that about once a year we need to replace a section. Not due to the quality but because of wild animals usually. This time was a cow that got loose and stepped on the hose. It was not crushed but simply had a tear in the plastic material.

I have only used this drain system a few times but so far I am really impressed. All the end fittings connect easily to form secure leak proof joints. The really big advantage of this system is the hose stretches out easily and then when the times come to pack up it accordion back to a very compact but flexible storage length. Mine came also with end caps which is a great storage feature. Time will tell how well the tubing material will hold up with the use but so far I could not be any happier with this system.

I thought how much difference could there be in sewer hose. After my last one sprung a leak after a few outings I decided to purchase a higher quality one. I am here to say, there is a difference. If you have a full hookup the swivel fitting is a must. This made the nasty holding tank job easier to do and the caps for the ends of the hose keeps things inside the hose instead of coming out the ends during cleanup. Worth every bit of extra for the quality and easier use.

I wanted a short sewer hose as that is what I’ve found to be most common at campsite sewer hookups and RV dump sites. This hose compresses to just a couple of feet and folds nicely to fit in my water/sewer bay. Face it, it’s a flexible plastic hose that gets dragged on the ground.Without extreme care, even the most robust hose will ultimately fail. It just takes one jagged rock or one careless foot.This Rhino (described as super durable) should be considered a good, solid baseline for evaluating similar products.With regular full-time use and a decent amount of care, this should last a whole year.But don’t expect more than that. That way you won’t be disappointed.

Video is out of date, product looks like picture (no locking collars). Seems nice as my first rhino flex and I assume ends stay on differently than with the locking black collar. This kit is nice because it’s bayonet style both ends of both hoses, so you can use it as extension which is why I bought it. My other 15ft kit has the elbow for the dump directly on the hose end, this setup is better as it does not so you can just use it as extension with other hoses. Or you can use it as dump hose.

i ordered this kit for my camper. I tested the hoses for leaks (with the cover on each side) due to reviews stating there were leaks and I’d rather it be water that leaks on me. I found that one of the 10ft sections, the black hose was separating from the connector. The other hose and connections were leak proof. I contacted Amazon for a replacement for the 10ft section, they couldnt replace it so they refunded the money and asked me to reorder. No issue with that. they let me keep the good stuff and dispose of the broken hose section. All and all, I am very pleased. It sucks when you order something and it shows up broken but Amazon fixed the issue quickly and there are no complaints. MAKE SURE YOU TEST THESE.

This is the top recommended hose kit at RV supply stores. It is a complete and high quality kit with attachments for every type of connection. One note – it has four clips and a gasket to insure a tight connection. Almost everywhere – including Wal-mart, you can find the EXACT same item at an average $54.99 to $57.99 . Why wouldn’t you buy it at Amazon.

I was a little leery about buying this at first with all the other reviews about it leaking but everywhere I look says this is one of the best ones so I bought it anyway. It seems to work perfect for me, I have not had any issues with it. When I first received it there was a big warning sticker on it that said they ship the hose connectors loose and it gives you some instructions on how to tighten your self before you use it so maybe the other reviewers just didnt read the warning sticker and didnt do that step. There cutting machine doesnt work to well and leaves crappy end cuts so I had to trim some of the hose ends myself to clean it up but other than that I am happy with the product.

Great system but wasn’t necessary as the trailer site had an angled pipe leading from the outlet to the dumping hole at our campsite. All we needed was a 45 degree CLEAR elbow (to make sure we were all flushed out) and a short length of sewer hose. We were on a seasonal site, so keep this in mind when ordering and check your needs first. I lost most of the price when I returned it opened.

Not sure why the scent option on the features but I guess it didn’t smell when I opened the box up so that tells me I am first owner. This seems to be a well though out kit and put together pretty nice. A lot of the goop that people complain about was present but it’s there for two purposes. 1 for ease of assembly by the factory and 2 to keep it from leaking. Used it a number of times so far and better than the previous kit from Camco I had. Same Rhino line but seems to have improved. I know it sounds disgusting but I like the clear elbow to see what exactly is coming out and if it’s finished emptying.

Works like it’s suppose to. Easy to expand and collapse. Good quality build. Most importantly no leaks. Hahaha.Some have purchased the legs(sloped stand) to go underneath the hose. After seeing them in person at rv parks I can see how it can make things a little bit easier. However I haven’t had any drainage issues without the stand. As for the last bit of water left in the hose, I just lift the hose and drain the rest out. Granted I’m not your typical age RV’er (early 30’s). I can see if someone was older they may not want to hold up the hose to drain the last bit.

This is a great item for a less than thrilling activity. It does require a final assembly (tightening the hose end adapters) but that is better than having a hose that leaks. This hose easily and securely attaches to the RV and matching fittings. It DOES NOT LEAK! It cleans up easily (as long as it is completely extended), and stores easily in the 4″x4″ bumper.

Works as intended! No leaks or damage, and the bottom end is clear enough to notice any dark coloring or if it’s clear. Been using it for a month now with no problems. Wish it had another 90 degree angle attachment on the other side (which is sold separately from Camco), but I can live with it as is. Very easily stows and shrinks when its needed, and the connection is a tight fit with an auto-locking feature (just twist as normal) to make it an air-tight seal. Worth every penny!

This is plug and play and comes with everything you need to connect greased and ready to go except the levelers. You need to remove the ends to fit in a 4″ bumper and by the time you do that you may as well just store the hose too. I mostly have only used 1 hose but nice to have the additional option if I need it.

Bought in early May after we ordered our camper, been camping quite a bit with the product. It comes in 2 10′ lengths to meet your waste disposal needs. No leaks so far-tubing is sturdy as are all the connectors.If I were to make suggestions to the manufacturer:- One campground had on-site sewer connections. Unfortunately, these were recessed about 1 1/2-inches in the center of a 1-square foot concrete pad. The connector arm on the elbow was not long enough to be secured to the sewer connector and would sometimes allow for splashing. Not terrible for dumping the gray tank but for the black tank, not my favorite.- Bigger “fins” on the twist-connectors. If it’s raining or your hands are wet for some other reason (ew!), getting a good grip on the collars can be a little more difficult than it needs to be.Suggestions were not enough to me to drop a star–it’s still a good product.

Seems to be a good hose… Hooked up with ease and sealed well. Compared to other hoses it is much more rigid than most and actually allows you to form long radius bends to help keep everything flowing well. You can crickle it up to shorten or make more rigid in places or pull it to expand length. I’d rather have a greasy hose than one dry rotted out of the box or leaking seals. Will report back if I have any issues but thus far I am quite pleased with this product.

Yea boi, I really like these a lot. These do not “bunch” up too tight and while easy to maneuver, you can tell they are well made. Trust me, if you have ever deal with inexpensive crappy (see what I did there) hoses you will find these far superior in just about every aspect. Even Camco makes some really useless hoses, but they hit the mark with this system. The elbow has fit everywhere I have taken it, and the lugs fit and lock very well. Considering most KOA’s are packed in like sardines, the last thing I want to do is have a livermush poo explosion next to my neighbor’s picnic table. That just make Bingo night weird.

The difference between this hose and the one that came with my camper was immense! We have had our camper for a little under a year and I’ve just stuck with the cheapie they gave us when we bought it. On our last trip, there was a…ahem…incident while dumping the black tank. That was enough to make me throw in the towel on that hose. I bought this one after I’ve had it on my RV wishlist for a while, and the different out of the box was immense. Well constructed, heavy-duty, when you collapse it, it stays that way. Who really wants to wrestle with a sewer hose after camping???

I have been limping along with old sewer hoses for many years. I finally splurged and purchased the RhinoFlex 15′ sewer hose with swivel fittings. It was a great improvement. It extends to only the length needed up to 15 feet. This is convenent since I am often parked much less thatn 15 ft from the sewer inlet. The material, while not indestructable, is very tough. The ends of the hose can be exchanged with an ingenious locking system, however I don;t think I will ever need to switch ends. I did buy a five foot extension just in case I need to reach a little farther. I am pleased with this product, and I hope I last as long as it will.

The RhinoFLEX hoses works great, but I get tired of having to use a pair of diagonal pliers to trim the excess wire rib and plastic, tightening the hose ALL THE WAY into the socket end, and then tightening down the locking ring, on each end of every single RhinoFlex sewer hose I buy. For as much as Camco charges for these hoses, you’d think they could bother to actually finishh their product, rather than warning the customer about how the CUSTOMER needs to finish the assembly process by screwing the hose all the way into the ends and tightening the locking ring. Camco doesn’t bother to mention the “toilet-paper-catcher” loose wire and plastic at both ends of the hose – be forewarned!

This is the best sewer hose I have used. Very strong yet flexible. You only have to extend it to the length you need so there’s no need to “snake” the hose to make it fit. The 4 in 1 connector comes off so the hose can be stored in a 4″ bumper, it’s snug but it fits. The end caps provided help keep your bumper or other storage area clean. The bayonet fitting has 4 prongs which will keep the hose connected in the event one of the prongs were to break during dumping (read reviews for a 2 prong hose and you’ll see what I mean… not pretty). I wanted a 20′ hose so I had to buy the 5′ extension separate. The 90 degree elbow is translucent, not completely clear so you know when the line is clean without seeing everything in full detail. As with any sewer hose I recommend using a sewer hose support to help everything flow. The connectors screw on the hose and have a separate lock ring, be sure to tighten both (both ends too) when you take it out of the box. Happy dumping.

The Camco RhinoFlex types they come with an important instruction sheet that many don’t seem to read but it states that the connectors are attached but the lock rings need to be tightened up; basically they are a screw/unscrew sleeve/lock ring type fitting. That’s nice if one wants to shorten the length slightly and then reattach the fitting & lock ring. Those that paid no attention to tightening them up complained that they leaked like a sieve and they were junk! These are NOT junk but are the best constructed ones I’ve seen yet. Especially the way the accordion style hose expands only in the areas you want and STAY there! Same with the bends and turns. Watch out though for the petroleum jelly that’s liberally applied to the inner gaskets to prevent drying out.

We bought our 17′ travel trailer and took it out for our 2nd camping trip. The first one was camping in the wilderness with no sewage. The second trip we overnighted in an RV park while heading to CO. It was our first time to stay in a full service park. We were going to hook up to the parks sewer connection with the hose that came with the camper, but we found out that it didn’t have a connection that matched the parks sewer. We could have stuffed the hose into the park’s connection, but then there would have been the risk of it popping out! I had previously bought this sewer hose kit when we first bought the camper. I have owned 4 RV’s and probably 5 different sewer hose sets. This is by far the best I have ever used. I love that they extend and contract but hold that shape by popping into place instead of just stretching. I like the clear end so I can tell when the takes are rinsed thoroughly. They collapse down small enough to fit into a small tote for storage. I am not sure if they are exactly 20′ as I have never stretched them out and measured but I have never had to use more then one section anyway. I’m guessing they are probably about 17′ when opened and not stretched but I will never be further then that from the dump location anyhow.

I like the Rhino Flex products. extends to 10′ length easily, will stay to the shape that you have it to (curves and such). Both tubes compress to about 3′ in length and both hoses store in the bumper on the trailer. I have bought other Rhino accessories to go with this and have had no issues. I like the clear elbow so you can see when the tanks are flushed by seeing clear water.

To the best of my knowledge this is the best RV sewer hose you can buy. I had one that fit in the travel trailer bumper and it, excuse the pun, crapped out. Not only that but storing your sewer hose in your trailer bumper only causes your bumper to rust like crazy. I store our sewer hose in a Rubbermaid bin that we keep in the storage area of our trailer. The hose has been extended and retracted many times and so far it’s still working. I will admit that sewer hoses may fail when you really need them so I have already bought a spare just in case the one we’re using fails. I bought another one when I could have bough another brand so I believe in these hoses.

This was better than expected. I’ve always used the cheep blue hoses in the past that would always twist and kink-up sometimes stopping the flow.This hose was very easy to use, I just stretched out the needed length and made the drain connection. I did have to remove one end of the connection to store it in the bumper, The hose would get caught in the tube, it was to tight of fit but the easy twist off fitting was not a problem to remove and re-install.

I have not used this yet due to not needing to dump my tanks on my camper. I have the 20′ along with another 10′ extension. I read some reviews before buying even though it has some negative ones. Although every item you get there is bound to be a defective product somewhere. I wanted to see how it would hold up and if it might leak anywhere so I filled mine up with water, with both hoses connected and had no problem. It seems like its durable but I’d open my valves for my tanks slowly that way if there was any pressure it wouldn’t blow out at high rate of speed. If needed I would buy this again down the line

All I need to say about the Rhinoflex is Buy It! It fits perfectly into our sewer tube on our trailer and this is the first time that I have had anything other than the old style blue hose. Wow! What a difference. The best part of this is that when I take it out of the tube it is still in its collapsed stage and I only have to open it up as much as I need, which is usually maybe 8 feet to the sewer drain. Having the caps on both ends really makes it nice to handle because you know that what’s inside – stays inside until you need to dump it. I ran over my sewer hose, i.e. flatten it, and this RhinoFLEX was obliviously the best replacement. But, the 24″ hose storage, on my 1997 Provan TigerXL Van, was too small:) If you have this issue, here is a suggestion for inexpensive hose storage:Buy a 4x4x72″ Vinyl Post at Lowe’s or Home Depot ($17), two Bevel Post Sleeve Caps ($3 each), a couple 36-inch Cable Ties tested to 175-lbs, and three 10×1/2” stainless steel sheet metal screws.Cut the Post to 56″ (for 15-ft hose). Use two screws to attach a Cap permanently on one end and secure the other Cap with one screw so it can be easily removed to take the hose in and out. I used the Cable Ties to attach this storage to the bumper extensions behind my TigerXL’s rear bumper.Put in the hose, right angle in first, and the RhinoFlex will slip in snugly, including both ends, if you align the end tabs in the corners of square box.

This is a well built kit that includes a hard extensible hose, both ends come with fittings, one for the rv dump valve, the other one for the dump opening. The dump fitting is threaded so it attaches in place securely, assuming the receiving end has threads as well – many places don’t.One minor thing for me was that the elbow in the picture is clear, however the one on the hose is not, it is white. While you can still see the liquids flow, I was expecting the clear elbow. I was thinking on deducting 1 star due to the misleading picture, but in the end it is a cosmetic thing – other than that I liked the kit!

We have used this hose kit for about two years. We are not full-timers, but we are out about two – three months a year. The hose is very durable and everything fits together and functions well. Perhaps the best feature is the way the hose collapses together forming a semi-rigid tube for storage. I just push it together, put the caps on and it very easily stores in my bumper compartment (with the tapered tube removed).

Worked perfectly with out 31rlss Winnebago Ultralite. Moved everything along out the drain and kept the smell contained as well as can be expected from a camper sewer line. We would always flush out black water tank and then our grey water to really make sure all the nasty stuff was out. Never noticed an issue with anything getting stuck in the variegated aspect of these lines either. Fit perfectly in the bumper storage as well.

Ok, at first we did not think it would fit our 4″ bumper but it is a bit tricky. You have to rotate the hose fittings, as shown in the photos, to align with the corners of the bumper then the hose will slide right in. You will have to stow the included 90 degree elbow and extra caps/ couplers in a bin or somewhere else. Not a deal breaker but be aware. We keep ours in our “Set-Up/ Close Out” bin for easy access. Hose seems durable and of good quality for our use. Need a rugged hose checkout the Rhino Extreme. Same kit available but more durable hose.

The “sticky accordion” design takes a little getting used to. You have to pull on it to extend it and each section “pops” out. Because of this it stays in its compact position which makes storing it (in a box) a lot easier than traditional hoses. I compress my two sections then bend them into a U so that they fit nicely in a 3 foot wide storage box I have on the nose of my trailer.

First time using a travel trailer and bought this to use since it came without the drain hoses. No instructions or paperwork at all but easy enough to figure out. Fittings were tough to take apart as I needed to use both lengths of hose. That tightness tells me it won’t leak but my 65 year old hands don’t have the grip of my younger years. Loved the clear section to help me see when black water flush cleared up and the stiffness of hose that helped me get rid of all debris left in hose.

These are very well constructed RV sewer hoses. They are made to last and are very durable. My only complaint is that they can be very tight on the connections. This is good in many regards because you don’t want a loose sewer hose. On the flip side, because they can be so tight, there can be great difficulty removing the connectors. I realized this after the first time I used them. I then found out that Camco Rhino makes sewer hose wrenches that can help install/remove these hoses. I highly recommended purchasing the wrenches as well to ensure ease of install/removal.

I have used the Rhino Flex sewer hoses for my RVs for years and this was a replacement of one I have had for around 10 years that has been used in two RVs. I am still using the old one but decided it was time to replace it before catastrophic failure(It has lived a good life!) In my opinion the best sewer hose out there. They are not floppy and uncontrollable like a slinky as the cheap ones are. Very well made and when collapsed they stay collapsed and stiff and much easier to maneuver for storage. Give one a try, you’ll never go back to the slinky…

Used this for the first time last weekend. I was literally excited to try it after fussing with crappy (pun intended) traditional hoses for the last 5 years. After reading the reviews with some people complaining about leaks, I pre-checked the connectors and lock collars to make sure everything was tight. I’m happy to report that no leak of any kind was experienced, and I’m pretty sure that anyone who has had that problem could resolve it by confirming tightness at the connections.I can also tell you that this is among the greatest purchases of my RVing life. I always wear nitrile gloves when handling the sewer stuff, and I could have seriously gotten away without using them at all this system. And although the hookup at my last trip was very close and ideally elevated, I’m certain that the “positionable” nature of this bendy-straw-like hose will make for simple placement in less ideal situations. The connectors operate smoothly and function well, and the swivels work as they should, taking some of the minor frustration out of getting the hose laid out and set up.In short, I can’t recommend this product emphatically enough.

This hose is great! It is rugged and yet easy to use. Expand it to the desired length and it stays there. Push it together and it makes a neat package that is leak free and can be stored almost anywhere. The caps on both ends seal tightly, so be sure the hose is open or it won’t expand or collapse. If you hook up to the dump valve and try to stretch the hose without removing the end cap, it is not going to happen. The hose connection will seal against the valve, the valve is closed and pulling will create a vacuum that will make the hose retract as soon as you turn it loose. Open the end cap and the world will be fine. Reverse is true to store the hose. Just leave off one of the caps until the hose is collapsed.

Get these hoses. Now. Seriously. These aren’t the floppy, slinky style hoses that are a pain to wrangle and place properly. I mean, I really don’t enjoy wrestling a potty slinky hose that much, maybe you do?These guys STAY where you put them. They’re stiff, will lengthen or stay collapsed exactly as you set them, and if you put a turn in the hose, it stays! I recommend these over the cheaper slinky style any day. We all know that no site is perfect for placing the hoses – you’ve got bumps and dips and rocks to maneuver the hose around. These hoses just make it easier!

Huge fan of this Rhinoflex product. I’ve bought and used three inferior brand hoses before finding this one. I had problems with the others in various ways, either being too thin or failing at one of the connections. Rhinoflex nailed it with this system. The locking connection system is perfect, and the provided end caps are highly appreciated. The hose is stiff but not rigid, allowing for easy positioning and drainage. The connector to the sewer pipe does not fit in the bumper storage area (I’ve never seen one that does), but is threaded for various diameter pipes and locks in the hose to seal both liquid and smell. Only thing I’m not fond of is the brown pipe color. It makes me think of poop.

Just purchased and used once, but I was impressed by the way this hose stores very compactly. Unlike my previous wire reinforced hose, this one expands and contracts by each link–kind of pops out or pops back together. This also lets you extend the hose only as much as needed, so there is no extra loops on the ground when you don’t need the full length. Also, the built in elbow works well, as the bottom part comes off easily for storage in the bumper.

We bought a 2021 Flagstaff E-Pro 20BHS which has a 4 5/8″ diameter storage tube 59″ long. The 15 foot kit fits nicely in the tube, and you might even get it into a 4 1/2″ tube 57″ long, but probably not anything smaller.The hose is durable, has heavy duty fittings, and comes with a see through elbow. Since the black tank has a clean out feature, this is handy for seeing when things are running clear. My grand sons enjoy watching this part, but I am going to see if I can find a black sleeve to slide over it when I am not cleaning it out.For the last ten years, I have used a lower quality Camco ten foot hose which took some doing to fit into my Jay Feather. I had to remove the 4 foot, 4 inch diameter tube and replace it with a 4″ square vinyl fence post to get it to fit.

This is a really nice, heavy duty sewer hose and I love the connectors and how the hose can be shaped and not just a flexible hose like most trailer come with. My pop-up trailer’s 4 inch bumper has the bed supports riveted to it, so there are four protrusions on the inside of the bumper making this hose not fit. I could remove the orange connectors to make it fit, but I decided to mount a Rubbermaid 1172 ActionPacker Storage Box, 24 Gallon on top of the bumper with square U-bolts and it works perfectly. I am also able to store my Camco 43041 15′ Sidewinder Plastic Sewer Hose Support and Tri-Lynx 00018 Lynx Stop ‘N Chock Interlocking Wheel Chocks in the container!I love that this hose has two end caps to keep the liquids from dripping out, yuck!!!!

I had used this 10′ Rhino Flex hose 2 times prior to it failing and it is stored in a safe place on my trailer. I was dumping a 28′ travel trailer black tank into a 42 gallon blue boy waste tank, had both ends of the hose firmly secured and in place. When I opened the black water tank valve at the trailer the hose blew off the end of the fitting (came out of the orange connector) at the blue boy tank. The fitting was still firmly intact and in place on the blue boy tank, but the hose came out of the fitting that was still tightly secured to the blue boy waste tank, spewing waste on the ground. I was able to quickly stop the waste water flow by shutting off the valve and after examining the hose end it appeared to have been glued inside the orange fitting at 3-4 points and there was no way that I could repair the hose so i tossed it in a dumpster. This was obviously a very unfortunate, frustrating and scary event and I will no longer use the Rhino Flex hoses as the quality of this product is flawed and suspect and I cannot trust the integrity of these hoses anymore. I have contacted Camco and will await their reply, but would strongly urge potential buyers to do some research, look for durable/trustworthy hoses and do inspect your equipment prior to use to eliminate this type of situation.

I love it! Never thought I’d say that about a sewer hose, but this one is really pretty cool. Very light, but seems really durable for the money, I guess time will tell. It actually compresses to about 3 1/2 feet, and is easy to store in the bumper, and you only have to extend it out for as much as you need, instead of having to deal with flaking out a bunch of hose, and looping it all over your site to hook up. Both ends swivel 360 degrees, so there’s no hose flipping to connect to the sewer, and they have locking rings on both ends to keep the hose in place once secured, so there’s no chance of the hose jumping out when the BIG SURGE comes when dumping! The sewer connection has a 90 on it, and a univervsal fitting that threads into most sewer dumps. Both ends have locking caps. Only one observation, but this is not a a fault of the hose, just a tip. Because this hose will actually compress into 3 1/2 feet at the slightest pressure( like pushing it into your 8′ bumper)you might consider tieing a string to the end, and extending it out of the cap on your bumper, so you can pull it out if it slides to the other end during transit. Shipping was lightning fast. Just a couple days with normal shipping. Don’t waste you’re money on express, you won’t need it.

And what it is, is a sewer hose! haha Yes, if you are an RV’er, then you probably have something similar to this stored in your vehicle somewhere. Our new diesel pusher has another type of sewer system, but it isn’t long enough for some of the places we’ve parked. In fact, we had an RV dump added to our new septic system, and use this setup when the RV is parked at home. I’ve seen other brands out there, but with Camco, you know what you’re getting, and most RV parts stores have the adapters/connectors, etc readily available. I personally believe that Camco sewer hoses are about the best a person can get, and it’s always what I look for first. So, yes.. I would recommend this product to other RV’ers who ask, and will undoubtably buy more Camco products in the future!

This is a great disposal hose. I purchased it to replace the one that got away from me while driving from Denali NP back to Anchorage Alaska. The bumper cap on my Liberty Casita RV Trailer came off and the sewage hose then unraveled on to the road like a winding rattler! Anyway, this fit perfectly into my storage bumper on my Casita. One thing though is that the elbow wouldn’t fit into my 4inch bumper so I had to store it in an outside storage area on my Casita. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.Note: I also purchased Camco bumper stops and replaced the OEM ones on my Casita. Hopefully they won’t pop off and allow the sewage hose to wander off! 🙂

We really like these hoses. They collapse somewhat on themselves and they take up a lot less room in the plastic tub that we store them in. I like the fact that they come with caps for the ends. Great quality with very useful endcaps. This hose if 15 feet long and will not fit inside the rear bumper of my 22 foot hard side travel trailer. Two reasons:1. Hose is 15 feet long, bumper is not. Will need to cut down hose length and reattach to make it fit length wise.2. My bumper has some natural minor indents in the inside of the 4″ square bumper from the natural welding process. The fittings on the hose will not clear those indents and it gets “hung up” when I try to push it inside the bumper. It is a very snug fit to begin with even without the indents in my bumper.No reason not to buy this, it seems like a great quality product. I report back after several uses if this changes.

Used a few times with our TT so far so good collapsible to fit in our plastic storage container. Have to remember to remove one of the two end caps to extend though they seal so well that the air can’t get in to expand. No leakage from any of the connections on either end when dumping or connected at the rv site. I am going to purchase an extension though due to it coming up short on the last trip due to location of the park connection, live and learn I guess. But so far very pleased with the quality and functionality.

We like the RhinoFlex because it folds and unfolds like an accordion, stretching out to 15′ but then compacting down to just 48″ for easy storage. Not sure how long it will last, but looks to be well made. It does come with caps you can put on after compacting to prevent any residual waste water from leaking.

I have been camping for over 30 years and sewer hoses have always been one of the worst RV products made. That has all changed with this system. It is rugged, the swivel feature allows for easy connection and the ability to only extend what is needed is great. The solid construction will allow you to not drag out the hose support in many cases. It stays the way you put it.The only down side is that the fittings do not allow storage in a normal bumper or PCV holder. Of course you can take the fittings off very easily, but I don’t like the bother. The unit comes with two end caps. Flush the hose well, attached the caps and store it in a compartment.

I will agree, this hose is an absolute must for any camper. It does not how ever keep its shape like they say. So if you plan on using a full hook-up site, you will want to get the holder for it too. The hose comes with everything you will need to go and caps to keep anything inside. I typically don’t use a full hook up site so this works great for me. I will get the holder just to have though!PS: Don’t leave the caps on when trying to pull the hose out to the length you want. It will not allow it to pull apart due to the air tight seal….

This arrived on time and in excellent condition. I read the reviews about the ends coming off or leaking, and people saying that you need to double check that they are twisted on tightly. I tightened them and on the first use, one end was leaking. I did not have a good feeling about this hose at that point. I did some more checking, and found that I had not really tightened it that much. I found that I needed to twist it all the way in, then make sure it was tight. Once I did this, I did not have any leaking problems again. The hose seems to be very well made, and keeps its shape quite well, when extending. So far, everything seems to be OK. I would recommend this to others.

Is it odd to love a poop tube? Because I do. We’ve been using the basic tube that came with our camper for the past 2 years. I decided it was time to upgrade. This thing is amazing. And disgusting. But amazing. We’ve never flushed out system so well as we have now that we can actually see what’s coming out.It fits snug. No leaks. Durable. I got the 20ft so it came in 2 10ft sections. It fits in my also new tube storage unit I attached to the underside of the camper, (but not with the sealed ends on the tube). Oh well. The clear angled piece fits, and that was my main priority. I am so grossly excited about this item. I kindof can’t wait to use it again.

I purchased this and liked the weight and design…but it didn’t fit tight around my sewer connector – I lost a lot of gray water and it was pretty gross holding the house to try and get a decent connection. After I got home I read a bunch of reviews and discovered they didn’t include all the gaskets!!!I contacted Camco and they sent me 2 very quickly which is why I still gave them 4 stars. Yes, wore the dumpings, luckily it was the second flush.This hose latches so positively I am not at all concerned about it disconnecting. I am a full time RV resident in Pennsylvania. I am relatively new to camping (especially full time) but this was the name that I ALWAYS heard thrown around when it comes to solid and dependable sewage line, so I went for it. The quality is GREAT (and other reviewers cover that here.)On a different not though, I actually love using just the extension kit (not the normally offered 15ft and 20ft options from Camco). I purchased two of these because while the 20ft hose would have accomplished LITERALLY THE SAME THING (hey, look at me, I can do math!) I won’t always need a 20ft hose. The two 10ft sections I have are awesome for packing up and transporting. While it is a massive help that the RhinoFLEX hoses collapse, they are still generally pretty difficult to handle, more of just a pain really….having two smaller hoses definitely helps relieve that.There is nothing wrong with the 20ft hose, but two 10ft hoses do the same thing and are nicer to transport, use, and store.—-EDIT——I was unaware that the 20ft sewer hose from Camco already came separated into two sections of 10ft long. Oh well – get either!!! they rock.

What I like about the Camco sewer hose system is that it is completely assembled and ready to attach to the RV right out of the box!Other brands require some assembly, and are extremely difficult in doing so. Also, the Camco hose resists the elements much better than any other product I’ve used. I know this because I live in my RV full-time and have been doing so for more than a decade.

This is the best rv sewer hose and frankly, this particular configuration I feel, is the most useful. This package comes with the see through elbow and the tapered connection, which will fit many dump sizes. The ability to compress the hose completely or decrompress to your desired length is particularly useful and frankly, a great design. Compressed joints are near flush and decompressed joints are very streamline, to make for a smooth process with little to no residue. Do yourself a favor and get this setup for you RV. You won’t regret it.

Have been a long time Camco customer and am very pleased with their products, this one misses the mark. Received sewer hose today and upon opening there’s so much grease on the outside of it that I had to wipe it down before I could handle it. Then, when I went to tighten the lock-nuts like the instructions say, I noticed the inner sleeve has excess wire protruding into the opening. Now if this just handled H2O it’d be no problem…. It doesn’t, the wire will trap all sorts of debris and paper. Ugh! Last thing I want to do is pick paper out of my hose.Quality control at Camco seems to be slipping. Just an average 3 star product, expected better from their company.

I love this sewer hose! I read the reviews some said it leaked at the fitting but more people lked it so I took a chance! The first thing I noticed was a yellow piece of paper with directions on how to tighten up the hoses and fitting before you use it! I followed the easy instructions took about 5-10 minutes getting to know my hose! I could see if you didn’t get these directions how the hoses could leak at the fittings I’ve used them 5x so far no leaks!

I was not sure whether or not to go with the extension hose (20 ft) or a shorter one. I am so glad I went with the 20 ft. The first three campgrounds that I stayed had a set up that allowed me to use the 10 ft, but my current site required a longer hose so I added the second piece and all is good! Got this for our first TT with a bathroom. Got the 20′ which is two 10′ extensions that can be joined together. Each extension has its own plugs for both end. Both fit separately in the 4′ bumper tube without problems. I’ve only needed to use one of the extensions, haven’t found the need for the extra 10′ but have it if I need it. The plugs are nice and tight and easy to connect and can’t mess it up as each end has a different plug type. All connections are nice and tight, I haven’t seen any leaks after several uses over the last few months. The elbow is a must-have and fits/works great – since it doesn’t fit in the bumper with the hose we keep it in a plastic container with a locking lid in an outside storage compartment (beside a box of gloves, for convenience). It connects tight as well and swivels easily. I really thought this would be a messy job but it’s really not – just this setup and a pair of throwaway vinyl gloves each time and it’s a fairly clean and fast job.

If you have ever tried to empty your black tank with a stock p00p tube then you will have an enormous amount of appreciation for the rhino hose kit. It is sturdy, it won’t move on you once you pull the handle, and it has caps to seal in the freshness once you are done.The bad…like everyone else says, it will not fit in most standard p00p tube compartments. The bumper storage on my TT is 4.5″ and I would have to take the ends off to store it (easy enough….when it is clean). Fortunately, my TT has a small compartment with a door that is not big enough to store much else so I simply store this in a dedicated lock-tight container and put it in that compartment. Now there is room for my fishing poles in my bumper :-)If you can figure out how to store it properly, I think that this is the best one on the market right now.

This is a great hose and can be cut to a shorter length if you had a need. There are several other posts that say the end fell off and that there is no glue. While the directions are poor it is important to know that the end is two piece and one of them is left hand thread. Just check to be sure the end is tight and go. I really like that with the way this is built I can cut it and reattach the ends if I were to ever have a hole, crush, or other problem.

The only issue we had with this hose is that our bumper where it gets stored was damaged from the previous owner putting a hitch on it for his cooler rack. This prevented the hose from going all the way in, however thanks to the reviews on Amazon I remembered someone saying they were able to remove the fitting from one end… we were able to do this and cut off about 3 inches of the hose, which made it able to fit in the bumper. This hose does it’s job and does it wonderfully. The hose that came with our camper is gross and I can’t imagine using it. This one is much better, it’s easy to clean, and to use.

I have had many sewer hoses over the years. This one is the best for several reasons. It is well built, the head swivels and the sewer end comes off to allow you to connect to the screw-in type sewer sites much easier. It will connect to any type of sewer connection with ease. The other great thing about it is that by simply pushing the hose between one end and the other, it compacts into a short easily stored hose. I have another Rhino which is uncrushable which this one is not, but it also doesn’t compact together for storage like this one. Only thing to be careful of is that you make absolutely sure that the connections to the sewer are tight before draining the tank.

Nice, well made sewer hose. Buy one before your first camping trip. The cheaper ones leak and have bad connections. You want a solid, well-made hose that has tight fittings. This RinoFLEX is all that! Leaks are messy and stink! The swivel fittings make connections easy and tight. The connector has threads at different diameters so you can make a solid connection at any campground or dumpsite. UPDATE: I purchased the first in April 2012 and replaced it with same in Jun 2021. The new one is slighter slimmer. For the original I had to file down the finger grips so it would slide into my hose carrier “tube”. This new one is slimmer in that it must be designed to fit without modifications. But-that makes it feel made of lighter material, not as solid? Time will tell. I still prefer this over the “extreme” version, as this one does the slinky telescope extend and retract for storage.

I’ve had a Rhino sewer dump hose for a long time now. A Rhino dump hose is head and shoulders above many that are for sale and that are usually supplied by an RV dealer as a going away present.This hose is heavier than the normal ones, but that makes them tough, and resistant to tearing and abrasion. I’d recommend the Rhino to any fellow RV’er.

We bought this hose to replace some older hoses that were getting weather worn and cracked. This hose worked well for us. It was particularly useful in one site where the utility post was very close to the sewer inlet pipe. The elbow connectors that we had used in the past would never have been able to be screwed into that pipe, but this sewer connector attached without a problem and the sewer hose attached to the connector very easily. We have been replacing all our older sewer hoses with RhinoFlex hoses. They compress when not being used so that they require less storage space.

Pro: The extra 5′ came in handy the first time we used it. The stiffness allowed the hose to stay in the hose holder without the problem of “snaking” when the water starts to flow.Con: This was not a surprise, but you MUST remove the fitting that connects the right angle fitting to the hose in order to put the hose in the storage tube. NOT a good feature. The end caps are a nice feature, but you cannot use them if you want to put the hose in the storage tube. We have a clear plastic extension that we connect between the sewer fitting and the hose to tell when the black tank is clean (we have a wash-out connection) and the translucent right angle connector is not needed, but if you should need to see if your black tank is clean, you would not be able to do so without a CLEAR right angle fitting.

The connections do not fit in the bumper holder, but that is fine with me, I have it in the compartment with the hookups which is easier for me anyway. You cannot go wrong with this Kit.

What can I say? The poop tunnel works like a champ. It is not that flimsy crap that does not hold any form. This one is more ridgid and still flexible. It collapses down for storage. The connections for all the parts are tight, but easy to connect. If you are thinking, How long does it need to be? Go ahead and go a size up. If I had not purchased the 20ft set, I would have been short.

We are full-time, and have been carrying around 3 10′ sections of hose in the storage tube…. and they just barely fit. I decided it was time to refresh our hoses and went with 1 10′ extension and a 15′ hose plus the sewer connection/elbow. I found the reviews on these hoses (particularly the one including the sewer connection/elbow) confusing, and I think I’ve realized that Camco has updated this product a couple of times, and the hoses have changed slightly. I bought ours 11/20, and the hoses are well made and have the standard Camco connection joints. The only removal-able part on the hose is the ring that screws directly into a sewer hole- so the clear elbow and all the other orange joint fittings stay connected to the brown hose section. We are storing a 10′ hose and a 15′ hose with an attached clear elbow in our bumper pipe, and they just fit. The permanently attached clear elbow is a new one for us, and we had previously always carried a separate elbow that had to be connected to both the sewer and hose…. this is neither better nor worse to me, but the new system works fine.So far, the quality has met my exceptions, and I like that these hoses hold their shape (can be crushed down and stay that way) meaning there is a minimum amount of hose out when in use. They also work with all the other Camco fittings – I use the wrenches and sometimes use the recessed sewer extension. I’d recommend these, and if something change, I’ll update this review.

It Has Renewable Ends! Just punch in Camco 39621 to Amazon and you can buy just the hose and save money in buying that or any of the other parts! I haven’t seen this kind of economy in 40 years! Used to be renewable ends were available on things like air compressor, hydraulic lines, electrical cords, vacuum hoses, etc. Nowadays everything is permanently crimped or molded.Rino Flex Kit comes with all of the high end swivel fittings needed. Out of all the sewer hoses I have had for my fifth wheel; this is the best one!! Because the thing I hated in all of the sewer hoses that I have gotten that this one doesn’t do is that, it sags! I just hated how I used to always have to hold up the areas of the sewer pipe where it was sagging. I thought it was the sewer hose support however, it turns out that it was the sewer hose because it was slinky and wouldn’t stay in place! I had heard of this product earlier however, it was just so expensive! But, then I found it on amazon for cheaper!! Way less than what it was in stores!! Love this because it only takes up about 4′ when collapsed. Therefore two 10′ sections fit easily in the bumper of my travel trailer. Normally I only need to use one 10′ section, but I have the other section if I need it. Excellent quality, strong and durable.

Collars come loose, ends pop up off, BIG MESS!!! Make sure you check the tightness on every end of every hose every time. You’ve been warned….Other than the awful mess I had to clean up, it works as advertised. I like how the hose compacts and stays contracted on it’s own, nice feature. I did not notice any of the connectors leaking. Probably a decent buy for the money, just make sure you check the connection collars and be advised, the way they work is the hose itself threads in through the connector and the collar screws down to secure it in place. So it might be a good idea to back the collar off and make sure the hose is screwed all the way into each connector every month or so to make sure you don’t have catastrophic failure…

They had purchased theirs at a camper store and paid about $12 more for their kit. Hooks up fast and maintains it’s shape. Swivel system makes for a mindless attachment to your dump valve.

We used it on our new camper and only needed one hose. It clamps onto your waste water receptacle firmly. The clear end was nice to see when the waste water turned clear at the end of the flushing of the tank.

Ends can come apart, but if you look at how it connects just takes a simple rotation or two to get back in. I thought it broke, but looked and saw how it worked. I can see that it will leak if not all the way up in the connectors and then tightened. This is why I think people assumed theirs broke and leaked.

Huge fan of this Rhinoflex product. I’ve bought and used three inferior brand hoses before finding this one. I had problems with the others in various ways, either being too thin or failing at one of the connections. Rhinoflex nailed it with this system. The locking connection system is perfect, and the provided end caps are highly appreciated. The hose is stiff but not rigid, allowing for easy positioning and drainage. The connector to the sewer pipe does not fit in the bumper storage area (I’ve never seen one that does), but is threaded for various diameter pipes and locks in the hose to seal both liquid and smell. Only thing I’m not fond of is the brown pipe color. It makes me think of poop.

I recently began camping with a new-to-me travel trailer. I purchased this sewer hose kit and used it for the first time a few weeks ago. I was at sites that had a full hookup and moved sites a couple times over the trip. I had no issues attaching the hose and using it. It came with all of the fittings/adapters that were needed. The ends of the hose were attached well and nothing needed adjusting or repairing before first use. We will see how it holds up over time, but so far I have seen no issues.

What an improvement over the last two hose kits I’ve bought. The caps are really nice, it would be great if they could attach for storage as they might get lost or left behind. It seems to be made of a thicker material than most. The design is such that it is not as likely to snap apart under the pressure of the sewer discharge. What a nasty job, so it’s worth the money to get a tool that makes it easer.

I read all the reviews that indicated this one was the one to own. I have not been disappointed with it, although right now our camping has only been three to four times a year and mainly for weekends. The only bad thing that happened after several uses was the elbow came off the hose trying to dump. It appears likely to have been due to the collar slowly getting loosened over time with use as I was able to basically screw it back on tight – just something to be mindful of. I have been happy with the purchase!

You don’t want to use a long hose with your blue boy because you might run out of room and then you have a bunch of stuff left in the hose…not a pleasant surprise. Plus longer hoses tend to get vacuum locked if you have to stop filling and close the valve and then attempt to empty the hose contents. Never happens with this hose. Works perfectly, doesn’t even expand when filling the blue boy. Needed to take another end off of my other hose to make it work or your need two locking ends.

This is hands down the best crapper tube I’ve ever had, they give you caps for the ends, so you can wash it out and then collapse it back to its shipping size by putting the ends on and causing suction to keep it compressed… All of the fittings can be tightened, which is awesome, so far no leaks. Size is great, long enough to hook up when parking the wrong way and having the hole in the ground on the wrong side… I still have to see how it holds up in the hot desert of Vegas and Death Valley, but so far, stood up to two Summer months in San Diego and LA no problem…

If you have ever tried to empty your black tank with a stock p00p tube then you will have an enormous amount of appreciation for the rhino hose kit. It is sturdy, it won’t move on you once you pull the handle, and it has caps to seal in the freshness once you are done.The bad…like everyone else says, it will not fit in most standard p00p tube compartments. The bumper storage on my TT is 4.5″ and I would have to take the ends off to store it (easy enough….when it is clean). Fortunately, my TT has a small compartment with a door that is not big enough to store much else so I simply store this in a dedicated lock-tight container and put it in that compartment. Now there is room for my fishing poles in my bumper :-)If you can figure out how to store it properly, I think that this is the best one on the market right now.

I was concerned about the reviews but have used this for the summer and fall seasons and found nothing wrong with the product. It works as described. Once winter hit, the parks we went to had hoses hooked up already because of freezing weather and snow. I assume those are better quality hose, but I couldn’t tell the difference in function.I highly recommend the backwash adapter as well. I was able to clean out both tanks and be confident they were ready for winter.

Camco makes some great products and their Rhino line is one of the best. The hoses are easy to install, have great connections and end caps to prevent leakage when not in use. A warning though, they connections may be too tight to disconnect, so I recommend getting Camco’s Rhinoflex RV Sewer Fitting Wrench Set to give you some extra leverage and saving your hands in the process.

Really works well. So far no issues. Nice to have a product that make cleaning up your and your friends Poo easier and less messy. May as well say it like it is. That’s what it does and so far we have had no issues. Snaps together tight, stays hooked up, comes apart easily. Even has caps to keep your storage area clan. Not indestructible though. That’s the trade off, light weigh easy to use but the thin materials the hose is made of will not take sharp objects or being dragged on stone or asphalt.

We have a Couchman RV the big orange end will NOT fit in the bumper though. It collapses very easy and opens easy. Strong and sturdy. I like that the 20′ hose is two 10′ individual hoses that you connect together. I keep the 10′ in the camper as it works each time I drive up to empty at a campground. I just used the whole kit this last weekend when I rented a campsite with sewer in order to flush everything out in order to get the camper ready for storage.

Great hose but does require a longer storage tube. I believe it’s 52″ fully compressed. It has caps on both ends and fits perfectly in the storage tube with no leaks. It’s very easy to use you almost feel like you can go commando without any latex/nitrate gloves.

Only used it once so far, but what a difference being able to see that things are still flowing. My RV’s grey water tank is behind the rear axle and uses a macerator pump to pump the grey water out. Depending on which dump station I was using I couldn’t always here the pump and tell if it was done. With the clear end I can see what’s going on.

This hose kit is well made! I always wonder whether or not one of those cheap blue hoses will break off – thus spilling its nasty contents! – not this baby!! The only issue I experienced was putting it in my RV bumper – still need to figure out how to get the elbow off prior to putting the hose in the bumper. Wasn’t necessarily a big issue as I stored it in a plastic bin.

We bought our 17′ travel trailer and took it out for our 2nd camping trip. The first one was camping in the wilderness with no sewage. The second trip we overnighted in an RV park while heading to CO. It was our first time to stay in a full service park. Freaking amazing, like how flexible it is and how it can stay a certain way I place it and the way you can store it

It comes with 2 “site” connections, one on either of the drain hose.It makes it nice to KNOW that it has been flushed out well when you can see clean water leaving the hose.

Less than big box prices, well made and easy to expand or contract. I needed this intermediate length for our motor home. I didn’t need 25 feet and was tired of using two pieces and dealing with their assembly, cleaning and storing. For me, one length makes a big difference. I like the way I can adjust or disconnect the hose from coupler for the tight opening our motor home has for the sewer hose. It is an easy and intuitive procedure. The hose seems quite durable and I don’t feel like I’m going to break anything. Having the 90 degree sewer hookup designed this way makes it easier to connect and disconnect for me.

Bought for my rv. Worked perfectly. Secures tightly to prevent leakage. It is also made of a sturdier plastic that you can bend however you want and it will stay in that position until you move it. This feature also allows you to shorten or lengthen the tube to fit your specidic situation at each campground. I didnt know that it did this until I got it (didn’t read that far in the description) so it was a pleasant surprise. No leaks. The hard plastic also prevented it from accidentally flipping over when you take it off and letting waste spill out.

Awesome product for what it is. Works as expected. No issues. Seems well made and has held up well so far. Only issue is with the ends one I can not fit this product in the bumper on my travel trailer, we have to remove the orange pieces to do this. Even with the 20′ we did have to buy an extender for some of the campgrounds we visited that were full hook-up sites.

Should have picked this up sometime ago, 20′ of sewer hose can on occasion be to short. trying to find on with all the male & female ends proved to be impossible out in BFE. this one will be the spare for that special occasion when I need the extra length

When dealing with these smelly things it’s nice to know the one you have isn’t going to leak or give you a hassle when you’re installing it or putting it away.

Pro: The extra 5′ came in handy the first time we used it. The stiffness allowed the hose to stay in the hose holder without the problem of “snaking” when the water starts to flow.Con: This was not a surprise, but you MUST remove the fitting that connects the right angle fitting to the hose in order to put the hose in the storage tube. NOT a good feature. The end caps are a nice feature, but you cannot use them if you want to put the hose in the storage tube. We have a clear plastic extension that we connect between the sewer fitting and the hose to tell when the black tank is clean (we have a wash-out connection) and the translucent right angle connector is not needed, but if you should need to see if your black tank is clean, you would not be able to do so without a CLEAR right angle fitting.
